In NSW the Greywater Gardener 230™ meets and exceeds health regulations associated with the practice of sound greywater reuse. With safety a top priority, the system has been designed to completely circumvent the possible health concerns when using greywater. It does not store the water at all, or allow water to be airborne – the two areas for potential problems when using greywater. Plumbing regulations in NSW state that any work involving a cut to waste (overflow) from a greywater system must be carried out by a licensed plumber. In NSW no state government or council permit is required to install the Greywater Gardener 230™. The Greywater Gardener 230™is recognized by NSW’s Department of Health.
